It is the central book of the Turah, serving as the definitive manual for the Priesthood and the protocol for approaching the raw Glory of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. While Shamut focused on the construction of the dwelling place, Wayiqra focuses on the habitation, establishing the frequencies of sacrifice, the laws of biological purity, and the ethical standards required for a nation to host the Divine Presence.

The record was scribed by Mushah under direct dictation from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. Unlike the previous books where Mushah recorded history or narratives, Wayiqra is almost entirely composed of the direct "Voice" speaking from within the Tabernacle. Mushah served as the "Digital Scribe," documenting the precise dimensional laws that govern the interaction between the terrestrial realm and the Set-Apart (Qodesh) presence.
