Book IV: The Prayer of the Afflicted and the Eternal Restoration of Tziyon
A Prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed, and poureth out his complaint before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. Hear my prayer, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and let my cry come unto thee.

The Petition Against Hester Panim
Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.

The Elevation and the Cast Down
Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.

My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.

The Eternal Sovereign
But thou, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.

The Appointed Time for Tziyon
Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Tziyon: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
102:14
For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
102:15
The Global Fear of the Name
So the heathen shall fear the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and all the kings of the earth thy Kabad.
102:16
The Building of Tziyon
When 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 shall build up Tziyon, he shall appear in his Kabad.
102:17
He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
102:18
The Generation to Come
This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise Yah.

The Heavenly Surveillance
For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 behold the earth;

The Deliverance of the Prisoner
To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;

The Acoustic Declaration in Yarushalayim
To declare the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 in Tziyon, and his praise in Yarushalayim;

When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

The Shortening of Days
He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days.

I said, O my El, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations.

The Ancient Architecture
Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.

The Changing of the Garments
They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:

The Immutable Architect
But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.

The Security of the Seed
The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.
