51:1

Book II: The Great Penitential Psalm and the Restoration of the Ruach

To the chief Musician, A Psalm of Dawid, when Natan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bath-Sheba. Have mercy upon me, O Alahiym, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
51:2

The Biological Cleansing

Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O Alahiym, thou Alahiym of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

O Adunay, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.

For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

The sacrifices of Alahiym are a broken ruach: a broken and a contrite heart, O Alahiym, thou wilt not despise.

The Good Pleasure toward Tziyon

Do good in thy good pleasure unto Tziyon: build thou the walls of Yarushalayim.

The Restoration of Righteous Zebachiym

Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.
